About Ryan Skaggs

Ryan Skaggs, the Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending for Neighborhood Loans in the North Shore area, has extensive knowledge and expertise in jumbo financing. He primarily serves clients in the greater Chicagoland area, but welcomes clients from across the state and Indiana where he grew up as well as Wisconsin, Michigan, and Florida. Skaggs attributes his success to the values he learned from his mother, a special education teacher, which include patience, compassion, and understanding. His team, key operations partners, and other originators are housed in his North Shore office at 101 Green Bay in Wilmette, IL, where they offer in-house jumbo underwriting and processing services. Skaggs is committed to his three core values of going above and beyond to exceed expectations, keeping the client at the center of the process, and ensuring a streamlined transaction. He takes a holistic approach to help clients understand the mortgage process, get out of debt, and achieve their financial goals. Skaggs conducts a full mortgage analysis for each client, providing comparisons of multiple products and down payment/structure options to help them choose the best option for their family's needs.
